Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr vendet me papun\u00ebsin\u00eb\nm\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb grave, n\u00eb rajon edhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, duke pasur t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuara sipas\nBank\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore vet\u00ebm rreth 12.7 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb tyre. Sipas statistikave, n\u00eb\nKosov\u00eb burrat n\u00eb krahasim me grat\u00eb kan\u00eb dyfishin e mund\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur\npun\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb KESCO, mbi 50 p\u00ebr qind e t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuarave jan\u00eb gra, p\u00ebrderisa udh\u00ebheqin t\u00eb kat\u00ebr departamentet e kompanis\u00eb, derisa n\u00eb KEDS jemi duke punuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim q\u00eb t\u00eb kemi nivel t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb t\u00eb udh\u00ebheqjes si n\u00eb KESCO. KEDS dhe KESCO jan\u00eb kompanit\u00eb e para n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar zotimin n\u00eb 7 Parimet e UN Women, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb udh\u00ebzues q\u00eb ndihmojn\u00eb kompanit\u00eb n\u00eb fuqizimin e gruas n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs, n\u00eb komunitet dhe tregun e pun\u00ebs, WEPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u00c7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb WEPS-i, kur dhe pse i keni n\u00ebnshkruar parimet e tij?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Pajaziti-Arifaj:<\/strong> WEPS \u00ebsht\u00eb nism\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb nj\u00eb seri parimesh q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb udh\u00ebzime p\u00ebr biznesin se si t\u00eb promovojn\u00eb barazin\u00eb gjinore dhe fuqizimin e grave n\u00eb vendin e pun\u00ebs, tregun e pun\u00ebs dhe komunitet. WEPS \u00ebsht\u00eb nism\u00eb e UN Global Compact dhe UN Women, e cila ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim informimin e kompanive\/bizneseve p\u00ebr standardet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut, dhe q\u00eb kompanit\u00eb t\u00eb kujtojn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebr barazin\u00eb gjinore dhe fuqizimin e grave. Ne i kemi n\u00ebnshkruar n\u00eb n\u00ebntor t\u00eb 2019, me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb fuqizimit te gruas n\u00eb kompanit\u00eb tona. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb hap m\u00eb tutje i kompanive n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, pasi q\u00eb vet fakti q\u00eb shum\u00eb departamente udh\u00ebhiqen nga grat\u00eb n\u00eb KEDS dhe t\u00eb gjitha departamentet n\u00eb KESCO, do te thot\u00eb q\u00eb ne e marrim si t\u00eb mir\u00ebqen\u00eb barabar\u00ebsin\u00eb, dhe punojm\u00eb edhe me shum\u00eb p\u00ebr ta fuqizuar k\u00ebt\u00eb kauz\u00eb p\u00ebrmes parimeve t\u00eb WEPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
