N\u00eb vend t\u00eb hapjes s\u00eb debatit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm, heshtje. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb debatit me k\u00ebta 103 mij\u00eb votues q\u00eb na mbet\u00ebn besnik, heshtje. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb debatit me mbi 100 mij\u00eb votues q\u00eb na ik\u00ebn tash, heshtje. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb debatit me qindra mij\u00ebra votues q\u00eb e braktis\u00ebn LDK-n\u00eb nga 2006-ta tutje, heshtje.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Heshtje sepse po kalkulohen matematika q\u00eb blejn\u00eb paqe dhe qet\u00ebsi, q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb se kinse ka paqe dhe qet\u00ebsi, bashk\u00ebpunim dhe koordinim. Takime n\u00eb grupe t\u00eb ngushta, kinse p\u00ebr ta ruajtur partin\u00eb, por q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt diskutojn\u00eb interesa t\u00eb ngushta. Fjali q\u00eb e d\u00ebgjon, plot\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebrim, nga gati secili an\u00ebtar\u00eb apo votues i LDK-s\u00eb q\u00eb ndihet i l\u00ebn\u00eb pas dore, pas dere. Deri n\u00eb at\u00eb mas\u00eb erdhi kjo mend\u00ebsi saq\u00eb n\u00eb dy-tri pal\u00eb zgjedhjet e fundit n\u00eb LDK thumboheshin mes vete me \u201ca po mun\u2019 i ktheni bre?\u201d apo, duke pasur fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr votues tradicional t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, se \u201cvalla filanin duhet me kthy n\u00eb LDK\u201d.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Kur tallesh me votuesin, nj\u00eb dit\u00eb vie fatura politike p\u00ebr ta paguar. N\u00eb politik\u00eb, nuk mbetet asnj\u00eb fatur\u00eb pa paguar. Mund ta shtysh p\u00ebr mandatin tjet\u00ebr, por dikur duhet ta paguash. Mund t\u2019ua p\u00ebrcjell\u00ebsh fatur\u00ebn gjenerat\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr n\u00eb parti, por nj\u00eb dit\u00eb duhet ta paguajn\u00eb.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>M\u00eb 14 shkurt 2021 paguam t\u00eb gjitha faturat e mbledhura nga janari i 2006-\u00ebs. Faturat e injorimit t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve, votuesve dhe simpatizant\u00ebve t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb. Faturat e injorimit dhe shkeljes s\u00eb familjeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb. Faturat e p\u00ebrqeshjes se \u201cnuk kan\u00eb ku shkojn\u00eb, gjith\u00eb kan\u00eb me votu\u2019 LDK-n\u00eb\u201d. Faturat e mbylljes, mosdialogimit, mosdiskutimit, skenar\u00ebve, grupimeve, makinacioneve, kalkulimeve, matematikave. Faturat e inateve dhe egove t\u00eb personave, grupeve, klaneve, regjioneve, gjeneratave. Faturat e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb brendshme t\u00eb vitit 2019 kur askush nuk \u00e7ante kok\u00ebn kush, e si, po b\u00ebhej kryetar n\u00ebndege apo dege, por vet\u00ebm telefononin \u00e7do 15 minuta \u201ckon\u2019 pe qon delegat? Zgjedhjet e 14 shkurtit 2021 p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb tjera ishin zgjedhje parlamentare, por p\u00ebr LDK-n\u00eb ishin vet\u00ebm vazhdim i zgjedhjeve t\u00eb brendshme t\u00eb nisura n\u00eb pranver\u00ebn e 2019-\u00ebs. \u201cVotom mua edhe kurrqysh mos e voto Filanin, se m\u2019ka mujt\u00eb n\u00eb deg\u00eb, e tash duhet me pre\u201d ishte fjalia m\u00eb e shpesht\u00eb n\u00eb takimet elektorale, pra me votuesit, t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje. E votuesi i LDK-s\u00eb rr\u00ebmoi sirtar\u00ebt, mblodhi t\u00eb gjitha faturat e 15 viteve t\u00eb fundit dhe e morri pages\u00ebn, e morri hakun, jo nga LDK q\u00eb nuk guxonte as t\u2019i shihte faturat, por i p\u00ebrmbaroi n\u00eb kutin\u00eb e votave. Nga 46% n\u00eb 13% brenda 15 viteve.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Nes\u00ebr<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Sot, n\u00eb LDK, mund t\u00eb perceptohesh nga votuesit \u2013 e ky perceptim ndihmohet mjaft shum\u00eb nga brenda partis\u00eb \u2013 ose si pjes\u00eb e \u201cpleqve tradicional\u00eb e konservator\u00eb q\u00eb e kan\u00eb kapur partin\u00eb p\u00ebr fyti, e kan\u00eb ngulfat\u00eb dhe nuk e l\u00ebshojn\u00eb sepse u prishen matematikat dhe bizneset\u201d ose si pjes\u00eb e \u201crinis\u00eb moderne e p\u00ebrparimtare q\u00eb duhet me ja shti bagerin k\u00ebsaj partie, me rr\u00ebzu me themele e me nd\u00ebrtu prej fillimit, sepse s\u2019ka sen\u2019 k\u00ebtu\u201d.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Votuesi i LDK-s\u00eb, ai q\u00eb e p\u00ebrkrahu dhe e votoi q\u00eb nga themelimi m\u00eb 1989, jo si parti politike por si l\u00ebvizje popullore, asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk e ka votuar LDK-n\u00eb as p\u00ebr \u201ctradicionalen ngulftase\u201d e as p\u00ebr \u201cmodernen bageriste\u201d.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Themelet dhe shtyllat e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar me solidaritet, bashkim, dialog, negocim, kompromis dhe, mbi t\u00eb gjitha, duke punuar p\u00ebr projektin KOSOVA e jo p\u00ebr projektin UN\u00cb.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cNe nuk kemi as lisa p\u00ebr t\u00eb humbur, l\u00ebre m\u00eb njer\u00ebz\u201d kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb Rugova. K\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe vizioni edhe shp\u00ebtimi i LDK-s\u00eb: kthimi tek themelet dhe shtyllat, kthimi tek baza, tek qytetari, tek n\u00ebnat, baballar\u00ebt, djemt\u00eb dhe vajzat e Kosov\u00ebs. Kthimi tek parimet, jo tek matematikat, anipse LDK ka p\u00ebrplot shkenc\u00ebtar\u00eb. Kthimi tek vizioni, jo tek sponsorimet komerciale, anipse LDK si parti e djatht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pro-biznes.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>S\u00eb shpejti LDK do t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb Kuvendin e Pun\u00ebs ku do t\u00eb zgjedhet kryetari i ri i saj. Ky Kuvend do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i pakuptimt\u00eb dhe shterp n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb disa parakushteve:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><em>Thirrja, lutja n\u00eb fakt, e figurave themeluese, e bart\u00ebsve t\u00eb shpirtit t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019u kthyer n\u00eb parti, n\u00eb \u00e7far\u00ebdo forme apo angazhimi. Figura q\u00eb n\u00eb dy dekadat e para t\u00eb LDK-s\u00eb i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb asaj shpirtin dhe vizionin e saj. Figura q\u00eb kemi fatin q\u00eb ende jan\u00eb gjall\u00eb e t\u00eb fort\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs ende.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Regjistrimi i plot\u00eb i an\u00ebtar\u00ebsis\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb rregulla, standarde dhe kontribut, ku secili an\u00ebtar i ka t\u00eb qart\u00eb treguesit mat\u00ebs p\u00ebr kontributin e tij, ku secili kryetar n\u00ebndege dhe dege i di qart\u00eb treguesit e matjes s\u00eb performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb tij.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Zgjedhje t\u00eb brendshme t\u00eb parakohshme n\u00eb LDK ku largohet kushti i 50%+1 i votave t\u00eb kuvendit p\u00ebr t\u00eb miratuar kandidatur\u00ebn dhe ku t\u00eb gjitha organet nga n\u00ebndeg\u00ebt deri tek qendra zgjidhen vet\u00ebm dhe vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrmes kutis\u00eb, pra vot\u00ebs s\u00eb fsheht\u00eb.<\/em><\/li><li><em>Komunikime, diskutime, debate dhe konsultime paraprake \u2013 pra, para Kuvendit \u2013 t\u00eb thella e t\u00eb gjera q\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb n\u00eb konsensus t\u00eb gjer\u00eb mes gjeneratave, regjioneve, pik\u00ebpamjeve, ideve, etj.&nbsp;<\/em><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><em>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Kuvend, de facto, nuk zgjedhet kryetari i LDK-s\u00eb por zgjedhet ekipi i ri, plot energji e vizion, q\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb q\u00ebllim primar nxjerrjen e LDK-s\u00eb nga kjo situat\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe fillimin e reformave t\u00eb thella n\u00eb parti. Nj\u00eb ekip q\u00eb, p\u00ebrmes komunikimit me qytetarin votues e jo-votues, e kthen vendimmarrjen tek secili an\u00ebtar, dashamir e simpatizant\u00eb, tek secili qytetar q\u00eb e sheh LDK-n\u00eb si alternativ\u00eb p\u00ebr zhvillimin e shtetit. N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb vazhdojm\u00eb t\u00eb flasim n\u00eb kuluare se si po ja b\u00ebjm\u00eb me partin\u00eb e jo me votuesin, si po ja b\u00ebjm\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm e jo raportit me votuesit, por do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundojm\u00eb edhe m\u00eb keq. Do ta harrojm\u00eb 14 shkurtin.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ka z\u00ebra sot n\u00eb LDK q\u00eb do thon\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb proces i till\u00eb merr koh\u00eb dhe ne nuk kemi koh\u00eb sepse duhet p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr zgjedhjet komunale.
