Rishikimi i hulumtimit t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb mbi lidhjet midis arrave, konsumit t\u00eb yndyr\u00ebs dhe pesh\u00ebs trupore u botua koh\u00ebt e fundit n\u00eb revist\u00ebn Obesity Reviews  dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb gjithanshmet deri m\u00eb sot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ai siguron d\u00ebshmi t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme se shqet\u00ebsimet e gjata n\u00eb lidhje me arrat dhe shtimin e pesh\u00ebs shpesh t\u00eb gjetura n\u00eb mediat popullore dhe udh\u00ebzimet klinike t\u00eb ushqyerit jan\u00eb t\u00eb pajustifikuara, thon\u00eb studiuesit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKy studim me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb godet iden\u00eb se arrat mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb nj\u00eb opsion i mir\u00eb p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit me diabet ose rrezik kardiovaskular, por edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb individ\u00ebt n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi si pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb plani t\u00eb ushqyerit t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm, pa paralajm\u00ebrime.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Studiuesit bashkuan rezultatet e 121 studimeve klinike dhe studimeve t\u00eb ardhshme, me mbi gjysm\u00eb milioni pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb total. Ata pastaj p\u00ebrdor\u00ebn nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb pranuar gjer\u00ebsisht t\u00eb quajtur GRADE (Vler\u00ebsimi, Zhvillimi dhe Vler\u00ebsimi i Rekomandimeve) p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e studimeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNe zbuluam se siguria e provave ishte e lart\u00eb p\u00ebr provat dhe e moderuar p\u00ebr studimet v\u00ebzhguese,\u201d tha John Sievenpiper, v\u00ebzhguesi kryesor n\u00eb studim dhe nj\u00eb profesor i asociuar i shkencave ushqyese dhe mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Fakultetin e Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb Temerty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKy \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tregues i mir\u00eb i asnj\u00eb d\u00ebmi nga arrat n\u00eb lidhje me shtimin n\u00eb pesh\u00eb jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb se \u00e7do ushqim tjet\u00ebr dhe me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfitim t\u00eb humbjes s\u00eb pesh\u00ebs p\u00ebrve\u00e7 p\u00ebrfitimeve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb njohura gjer\u00ebsisht sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore t\u00eb arrave.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shum\u00eb udh\u00ebzime ushqyese dhe klinike p\u00ebr diabetin dhe s\u00ebmundjet e zemr\u00ebs rekomandojn\u00eb arrat si pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb qasjeje t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngr\u00ebn\u00eb. Ato p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb modelet dietike t\u00eb Mesdheut, Portofolit, vegjetarian ose bimor dhe DASH (Qasjet Dietike p\u00ebr Ndalimin e Hipertensionit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Megjithat\u00eb, konsumi global i arrave \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb posht\u00eb atyre udh\u00ebzimeve dhe kur njer\u00ebzit e takojn\u00eb barin, \u00ebsht\u00eb shpesh p\u00ebrmes kikirikave. N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, laboratori i tij zbuloi se nj\u00eb kalori e etiketuar nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me at\u00eb q\u00eb tretet dhe absorbohet kur njer\u00ebzit konsumojn\u00eb bajame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
